This is Me is a *90-minute interactive and compelling workshop which shows that every person is a human being with real feelings and a purpose. We discuss why bullying happens and the overall ugly and lingering effects it can have on us. We also talk about ways that we can make a positive impact in our own lives as well as others.

The lesson leads us into a peer building activity which promotes open communication and bonding as well as seeing the commonalities amongst peers. (Maximum of 12 - 4th-7th grade)

Finding a Star is a *60-minute workshop and will plant a seed of tolerance and acceptance that will continue to grow and grow. Focusing on the beauty of diversity and the importance of seeing that there is something special and good in everyone. Starting with a fun and tangible activity that will open every eye watching. Captivating and something the girls will never forget!

The workshop ends with a fun and light-hearted peer-building activity that promotes unification, togetherness and of course fun! (Maximum of 12 - 4th-7th grade)
Respect & Build is a*60-minute restorative Peace Circle where the goal is to build a fresh foundation of respect and care within the group. A Peace Circle offers space for a group to come together and have a productive conversation about establishing healthy boundaries and expectations of one another. (This is a great activity to begin a new school year, group or team). *Amy holds a Peace Circle certification through Partners in Restorative Initiatives (PIRI). (Maximum of 12 - 4th-7th grade)
